Fixes for the common problems.
My AI doesn't see the Tespr tools
Check the URL ends in /api/mcp. In Claude, make sure the connector is turned on for the chat (+ → Connectors). In Claude Code, run /mcp.
“That page isn't on the public internet”
Tespr opens pages from its own servers, so it can't reach localhost, office networks or pages behind a login. Deploy a preview to a public URL and test that.
My AI can't send the images in my chat
It needs the files, not just a view of them. In claude.ai, turn on code execution and allow tespr.vercel.app under Settings → Capabilities (paid plans). In Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, point it at the files on your computer. Or give it public links to the images, or upload them in the Tespr app.
“Couldn't open that page”
Check it loads in a private browser window. Pages that block bots or take a long time to load can fail; try again or test a lighter page.
My report link took me to the waitlist
Tespr is invite-only, and reading a report needs an invited account. See Without an invite.
I didn't get the sign-in email
Look in spam and promotions, and wait a minute before asking for another. Signing in with Google skips the email.
“Saved to another account”
Someone already opened the link and saved the report. Sign in with that account, or ask your AI to run the test again.
