get_report_status
Checks whether a report from test_website or test_images is building, ready or failed.
Use it when someone asks whether their report is ready. It never returns the report itself.
Parameters

Answers

|---|---|
| Building | Still building, usually 2 to 4 minutes from the start. |
| Ready | Open the link and sign in with an invited account to read it. Without an invite, join the waitlist from the link. |
| Failed | Why it stopped, e.g. the page couldn't be opened. Run the test again. |
| Saved | It's in someone's Tespr account; the owner opens it with the same link. |
| Expired | Nobody saved it within 7 days, so it was removed. |
