test_images
Starts a usability test of up to 6 design images and returns a report link.
An AI persona looks through the images in order, as if they were screens of one product, and tries the task. Use it for mockups, designs and screenshots of anything Tespr can't open itself. The tool returns straight away with a report link; the report takes 2 to 4 minutes and is read on Tespr.
Getting images in
- Public image links work in every client: any
https://address that opens the image without signing in. - Files your AI can read work when it can run commands: files on your computer in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, or images attached to a claude.ai chat with code execution on. The AI calls create_image_uploads, uploads each file with
curl, and passes the upload ids here. - Images in a chat without code execution can't be sent: the AI sees them, but has no file to upload. Give it links to them instead, or upload them in the Tespr app.
From links: PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB each. Uploaded: PNG or JPG, up to 4 MB each. Large images are scaled down to fit what Claude can read.

Give the user this link. The report takes about 2 to 4 minutes. To read it, they open the link and sign in with an invited Tespr account, and it's saved to their account. Tespr is invite-only: someone without an invite can join the waitlist from the link, but can't read the report until they're approved.Errors
| Message starts with | What it means |
|---|---|
| Image 2 isn't a public image link | It doesn't start with https://, or points at a private address. |
| Couldn't download image 2 | The link didn't open without a login, or the site refused. |
| Image 2 (img_…) hasn't been uploaded | The file wasn't sent to its upload link, or the link expired. |
| Image 2 is over 10 MB | Export it smaller, or crop it into separate screens. |
| The file is over 4 MB | From an upload link: shrink it or save it as JPG, then upload again. |
| Today's free tests from Claude are used up | The shared daily limit is reached. Try tomorrow, or test from the app if you have an invite. |
