Report links
What happens when you open a report link, and who can see the report.
Opening a link
A report link shows what was tested, whether the report is ready, and a button to sign in. The report itself is only shown inside a Tespr account, and Tespr is invite-only, so reading it needs an invited account.
Saving it to your account
- Sign in with your invited account, using Google or a link sent to your email. There's no password.
- The first account to open the link keeps the report, along with the persona that ran it.
- From then on the link opens the report for that account only.
- You can ask the persona follow-up questions and run the test again from your dashboard.
Without an invite
Tespr is invite-only, so you can't make an account yourself. Join the waitlist from the link, and we'll email you if you're approved. The link still works then, as long as it's within 7 days of the test: open it again and sign in to save the report.
Expiry
Reports nobody saves to an account are removed after 7 days, with their screenshots and images. Saved reports stay in your account until you delete them.
Until someone saves it, anyone with the link can see which page was tested and who tested it. Share it only with the person who should own the report.
