Terms of Service

Tespr is an AI usability testing platform run by VanDesigns Inc. By using the site, the MCP server or the Figma plugin, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Tespr for a company, you agree on its behalf.

We've written them in plain language so they're easy to understand.

Tespr simulates how different personas might experience your design or website, and gives you usability feedback.

• Catch usability issues early.
• Check design assumptions faster.
• Iterate without waiting weeks for user testing.

Tespr supports design exploration, not final decisions.

Tespr is invite-only for now. You can join the waitlist, and we'll email you when your access is ready.

• You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Keep your email account secure, because that's how you sign in.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Tespr doesn't charge today. Accounts come with a set number of free reports, and we apply daily limits to keep the service running for everyone. Your current limits are shown in the product, and they may change. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll tell you first, and you won't be charged unless you choose one.

You own your designs, and you own the reports Tespr generates for you. We claim no ownership over them.

You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers, only as needed to run Tespr for you. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for what the law requires us to keep.

Your tests are saved to your account until you delete them. Your content isn't used to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.

• AI personas are not real people.
• Feedback is directional, not absolute.
• Different personas can give different results, and that's expected.
• Reports can be incomplete or wrong.

Tespr is built to help you move faster, not to guarantee correctness. If a decision has a high business, legal or safety impact, validate it with real users.

Tespr works best as a first-pass usability check, a rapid iteration tool and a companion to real user research.

It doesn't replace live usability testing, accessibility audits, or legal, medical or financial review.

By using Tespr, you agree to:

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Only test websites you own or have the right to test.
• Keep illegal, harmful or abusive content out of Tespr.
• Leave out other people's personal data wherever you can.
• Not get around limits, overload the service or try to break its security.
• Not resell Tespr, or copy it to build a competing service.

You're responsible for how you apply what Tespr tells you.

Reports made through the MCP server come with a private link. Anyone who has it can open the report. To keep one, save it to an invited account within 7 days; after that it's removed.

The MCP server and Figma plugin work with tools run by others, such as AI apps and Figma. Those tools have their own terms.

Tespr is an early-stage product. Features may change, pause or end, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll try to give notice before anything major changes, so keep your own copies of work that matters to you.

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Tespr or its users at risk.

Tespr is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using Tespr's feedback. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

• Be clear about what AI can't do.
• Avoid overstating accuracy.
• Protect your privacy.
• Improve in the open.

We believe trust is earned through honesty, not fine print.

We may update these terms as Tespr evolves, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll tell you clearly before it takes effect. If you keep using Tespr after that, you accept the new terms.
